We are looking for an exceptionally driven and ambitious individual to work directly with the founders on the most complex and consequential problems across Neverless. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who executes at high intensity, breaks down hard problems with rigour, and moves fast from analysis to action.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with the founders across product, regulatory strategy, finance, operations, and new business lines — structuring problems, executing solutions, and driving critical initiatives end-to-end.

• Supporting product and commercial strategy across our regulated entities
• Analysing business economics, operational bottlenecks, and go-to-market sequencing
• Leading scoping and modelling for new markets, licences, or product lines
• Evaluating partnership structures, liquidity arrangements, and commercial relationships
• Designing business models, forecasts, and pricing frameworks
• Preparing materials and structured insights for founder-level decisions
• Negotiating with strategic partners and supporting key commercial relationships
• Building licence applications and regulatory submissions for financial regulators across multiple jurisdictions
• Owning high-priority special projects that don't fit neatly anywhere else

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results without hand-holding
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can structure a complex idea and present it clearly
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with financial modelling, market sizing, and structured reasoning
• High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to prioritise ruthlessly under pressure
• Genuine interest in financial markets, fintech, and how capital moves across the world
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riga, Latvia (or another Neverless hub)
