How do I close my account?

Though it's sad to see you leave, if you decide to close your Neverless account, we're here to help.

Closure requirements

• You have the latest version of the Neverless app installed
• You have the latest version of the Neverless app installed
• You have no pending transactions

If you meet all the above requirements, you will be able to close your Neverless account in the app:

• From the Home screen, tap your profile icon in the bottom-left corner
• Scroll to the bottom
• Tap 'Close account'

We'll send you a confirmation of the closure once you've completed the process.
